Shaping the transition of an entire industry.

My whole career has lived at the edge where aerospace meets disruptive innovation. I'm less interested in incremental polish and more in the structural shifts — the moments where a technology, a business model, or an incentive quietly rewrites how an entire industry works.

I think in frameworks that travel: borrow a mechanism from one domain, stress-test it in another, and use it to cut through noise. Data-first by instinct, contrarian when the consensus is lazy, and obsessed with measuring the things that actually matter — not just the things that are easy to count.

The long game is freedom: the independence to choose what I work on, and the platform to pass what I learn on to people who weren't handed the same head start.
